Information For Booksellers

Ordering from Northrose is simple. When ordering, please provide the ISBN, title, and quantity, along with the complete bill-to and ship-to addresses. Special billing and shipping instructions must be clearly indicated on the purchase order. Customers wishing to use a purchase order must have an account in good standing. First, contact us to receive your discount code, at the Northrose titles section of our website add the requested to your Shopping Cart, and check out to complete your order. We guarantee the security and privacy of your information. For more details, read our privacy policy.

Returns

Advance written notice of your intent to return books is required.

Please email your return request to orders@northrose.ca. 100% returns are permitted up to 180 days of invoice. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Books must be in new/saleable condition in their original shrinkwrap. Please note that returns of items 50% or more of the original order quantity will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Each shipment must include:

  • Copy of the invoice
  • Original order ID
  • (RMA) return merchandise authorization

Books that are damaged, have stickers on them, or are not in saleable condition or not in original shrinkwrap will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
