Lynn Berry has over 35 years’ of experience as a professor and coordinator with Algonquin College. She is the co-author of Legal Transcription in Canada, Medical Office Billing, Medical Office Administration: Simulated Projects, Administrative Assistant: Simulated Projects, Travel and Meeting Management, Portfolio and Career Management, Executive Office Integrated Projects, and Canadian Medical Transcription. Lynn was instrumental in the development of the Health Services Diploma program at Algonquin College and is passionate about curriculum and career development.

Deborah Janssens is a professor of medical transcription at Algonquin College. Deborah is a trained medical transcriptionist with vast experience keying and editing many report types across all medical specialties, from critical care to outpatient clinics. Deborah has always shown a passion for health and continues to learn and remain current in the healthcare field.
