Qualified orders from bookstores and distributors with accounts are entitled to a 20% discount, regardless of quantity. All orders must include a purchase order number or person's name. Terms are net 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The exact shipping charge is prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipments are made via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
Northrose titles damaged in transit by the carrier must be reported immediately for a claim to be filed and a replacement order sent.
Advance written notice of your intent to return books is required.
Please email your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org . 100% returns are permitted up to 180 days of invoice. All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. Books must be in new/saleable condition in their original shrinkwrap.
